A mathematical model of albumin–bilirubin complex adsorption on the surface of charcoal pyro-polimer is considered. An estimation of the model parameters is performed on the basis of the experimental data. Simulation results are in a good agreement with the experimental data. The necessity of the accounting of charcoal pyropolymer surface fractal properties is shown.
