Conference publicationsKinetic model of primary photosynthetic processes in chloroplasts. Modeling of the fast phase of fluorescence induction at different light intensities and inhibitors actionsKinetic model of photosystem II (PS II) complex was developed with the detailed description of the reactions rates. The PS II model is shown to give realistic description of the fast phase of fluorescence induction (FI) curves measured in vivo for high light intensities. Theoretical results demonstrated the kinetic peculiarities of the rising part of the FI curve to be determined by the fluorescent states accumulation dynamics. Kinetic parameters were varied in PS II model to simulate the changing of the quinone pool capacity or pH in lumen and stroma compartments . The model PS II could be modified to describe the light-induced effects in the presence of artificial chemical compounds (DCMU). |
