Parametrical identification multivariate linear difference equations at presence of handicapes in input and output signals

In clause the problem of parametrical identification multivariate on an input and an output linear difference equations with handicapes on an input and an output is considered. A standard method of the least squares we shall not apply. On the basis of the modified nonlinear method of the least squares the solvency of matrixes of parameters linear difference equations is proved.
