Mathematical modeling of non-equilibrium transport processes that are held in nano-volumes is one of the most effective and wide-spread techniques nowadays to get and analyze variety of characteristics that can influence essentially on the conditions of the dynamic system. Especially, the method of Molecular Dynamics and Monte-Carlo are the basic models to study the properties of molecular structures, clusters and particle systems. The most interest have actual investigations of different closed volumes in nano-scale where one can find nonlinear effects that come from the geometry, physical, chemical and structural features of current volumes. Thus, on of the nonlinear effects is the Casimir Force that grows exponentially while the distance between two plates with specular reflections on their surface decreases. Discussion of this effect and the influence of the Casimir Force on the molecular transitions in the volume and their characteristics is the subject of the current work.

Mathematical model is based on the system of Newton’s equations with inhomogeneous right side of the equations, that consists of the pair potential for intermolecular interactions, the surface potentials and Casimir force. So, the evalution of the system is fully controlled by the actions of the given potentials and Casimir Force. In current work we analyzed the physical and thermo dynamical properties of molecules with a connection to Casimir Force for the various types of surfaces and volumes using the method of Molecular Dynamics and Monte-Carlo.
