Teaching of mathematical disciplines in conditions of use of information computer technologies

Erected in a rank of a state policy, the problem of formation of the uniform educational environment finds the reflection at a regional level. Last statistical data show, that high schools of the Central region have necessary equipment by information resources [1]. However methodical maintenance in a scope of computer means in educational process has not reached a due level. Such development are especially necessary in the field of teaching mathematical disciplines.

The interrogation which has been lead among teachers of mathematical disciplines of high schools of Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Zheleznogorsk, Tula has shown, that there is more than half from them (58,1 %) do not use computer means in teaching [2]. During interrogation it was found out, that there are separate attempts of creation and use of various training computer means for teaching mathematics, among which: videolectures; an electronic teaching material on separate themes of mathematics; computer training programs on the basis of ready program environments; network учебно-methodical complexes; banks of test training and control tasks on mathematical disciplines; laboratory works with application of the integrated applied mathematical packages, such as Mathematica, Maple, MathCad, MathLab and others, videoconferences and forums.

Materials of interrogation have allowed to generalize the saved up experience of use of information and computer technologies at training to mathematical disciplines and to reveal the basic tendencies of development of process.

Research of a problem of information of training to mathematics at a regional level should have complex, many-sided character. With the purpose of his decision and perfection of activity of the teacher the exchange of experience between teachers of mathematical disciplines of various high schools, comparison of the achievements with similar experience in other regions of Russia, and also acquaintance to foreign experience in this area is necessary. As a result of meetings at conferences on problems of perfection of mathematical education of the international level there is an opportunity of adjustment of business contacts on an exchange of experience, the organizations of exit or open lectures on mathematics for the teachers who have reached successes in application of computer means, the edition of the учебно-methodical literature on mathematical disciplines and their studying with the help of computer means at an interuniversity and international level.
