The developing of the computer means and the Internet admits unbounded possibilities of informational interaction everywhere in the knowledge domains of medicin. But to use they effectively, it is necessary to work out the knowledge representation methods which would allow to diminish the capacity of the professional knowledge transference, raising by that their informative ability. Also, the usable program shells for building reference, learning, diagnostic, expert and other systems in different knowledge domains must be created.

The acquisition of knowledge is the most important and difficult process of intellectual system developing. It includes the extraction of information, its structural organization and transmission. The method of structuring the information gathered by professional experts in nonformalized scientific areas is proposed. At the first level of working with experts - structuring of knowledge - key questions are excluded. The responses to these questions describe completely the problem solved by experts. At this level blocks or information structural units are distinguished according to the key questions. At the second level structural organization of parameters space in each block are performed. The mode of information representation in identical functional blocks makes easier information transmission within and between research branches, minimizes in the number of possible combinations of the object features and provides for new knowledge acquisition.

This work offers a method of the structure organization for the medical knowledge representations with some classification of informational interactions in learning systems in respect to available program possibilities. Some examples of such systems in the domains of electroencephalography and neuropsychology are presented.

Informational interaction together with other forms of information exchange includes education, which we as well take as a knowledge transfer in its most effective form. The problem of increase of educational effectiveness obtains special sense in connection with the intensive development of science, appearance of new fields of knowledge and total increase of knowledge volume.

The goal of the study is in the use of computer facilities to create a training system, which not only allows to spend less time on mastering a trade and keep the newly obtained knowledge for a longer period, but also utilize it in complex with the knowledge of adjacent fields.
