Computing algorithms of biological informatics phenomenology research

For research in the field of biological science and genetic engineering the semi-structured data analysis systems (Bodyakin V.I., 2009) are promising. These algorithms supports auto structuralisation and detection the hidden data dependencies in molecular biology, including long genetic sequences, and a set of scientific data on issues related to the bionics and biomimetics.

This paper continues the study of molecular genetic structures based on the ideas and methods developed in the field of matrix genetics (Petoukhov S.V., 2008).

Authors have developed and implemented to the Internet computing algorithms of semantic analysis of bioinformatics data with respect to the idea of positioning in the binary languages of genetic sequences and using theory of hypercomplex number systems.
