The solution of this task demands preparation of the highly professional experts, capable to use and introduce the advanced development of information technologies in practice. Responsibility for the solution of this task is born by higher educational institutions. Recently in Azerbaijan the number of the higher education institutions which have joined Bologna Process • all fields of activity of higher education institution - from educational and scientific to financial and economic and economic. For this purpose it is necessary to use technology which will allow to connect in a uniform complex diverse on the tasks and functions information systems of faculties, chairs, dean's offices, postgraduate studies, distance learning, accounts department, a human resources department, library, etc.; • the databases integrating all necessary information, concerning various aspects of activity of university; • set of the program applications providing support of performance of specific local functional objectives workplaces in divisions; • organizational and the program technical means providing effective functioning of system, its service and development. All information has to be placed in the uniform corporate database located on one or several servers. Information processing in system is carried out in the client server mode. It allows increasing efficiency of its work, to avoid information duplication at input, to maintain integrity of data, to provide their reliable protection. Since 2015, in Azerbaijan tuition by correspondence will be cancelled. On its place remote form of education will be introduced.
