Innovative changes in modern society and in the world, significantly influenced the role and priorities, both in schools and higher education, in particular, on the preparation of mathematics teachers. The ability to self-development, self-education, the willingness of teachers of mathematics to teaching in the conditions of Informatization of education; the ability to use means of information and communication technologies for solving professional tasks become critical components of professional competence. However, as shown by the analysis of the Federal state standards of higher professional education, the professional training of the future teachers of mathematics do not fully meet the modern requirements of society and unable to provide timely and adequate preparation of graduates of secondary schools to the rapidly approaching information age. This is due to the fact that the training is focused mainly on the formation of computer literacy and the readiness of future teachers of mathematics to the use of information and communication technologies in their professional activities. While foreign countries have relied more on information, knowledge and communication. The achievement of these requirements is impossible without the appropriate training of teachers of mathematics. In this regard, UNESCO in partnership with world leaders in the development of information technologies and leading experts in the field of information the school has developed international guidelines, which set requirements for the competence of teachers (or teaching staff) - UNESCO's ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (hereinafter UNESCO ICT - CFT, or Recommendations). Teachers who meet these requirements have the appropriate competencies)that are able to successfully carry out the educational process in ICT - rich learning environment of the modern school [1].
