The basic knowledge level of physics and mathematics is estimated. 0.44. 2. Ability and readiness of first-year students for independent work for achievement of necessary level of knowledge quality are studied. 3. Correlation indicators between motivation and knowledge quality are defined. Coefficient of correlation is 0.15-0.25 depending on the form of preparation 4. The program of pedagogical correction of knowledge level in physics and mathematics for students taking into account a preparation profile is developed.
