Informational and educational environment as a factor in the effectiveness in teaching undergraduate teaching universities

Construction of ITS based on modern information technology in the learning process brings new features: a combination of high efficiency and flexibility of the educational process, the widespread use of information resources, a significant empowerment of traditional forms of education, as well as the possibility of building a new and effective forms of training.

Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of existing ITS didactic traditions of the Russian education system, as well as the current state of information technology and telecommunications, allows us to formulate the following principles that should govern the currently projected educational environment: multi-component, integrated, distributed, adaptability.

The use of ITS in the learning process is based on a certain didactic concept which determines the selection of content, methods, organizational forms and means of education to achieve educational goals.
