Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of existing ITS didactic traditions of the Russian education system, as well as the current state of information technology and telecommunications, allows us to formulate the following principles that should govern the currently projected educational environment: multi-component, integrated, distributed, adaptability. The use of ITS in the learning process is based on a certain didactic concept which determines the selection of content, methods, organizational forms and means of education to achieve educational goals.
