Currently, not enough studied both experimentally and theoretically the ratio between the length, magnitude and speed of wind waves. For this reason, this work is devoted to the study of these relations by means of mathematical modeling. The direction of the wave does not always coincide with the direction of the wind. This is especially noticeable when the wind direction changes, the mixing of different air flows, the impact of changes in environmental conditions (sea, harbor, land). In the deep sea the size of the waves and the nature of the disturbances determined wind speed, its duration, the structure of the wind field and the configuration of the coastline, as well as the distance from the lee shore in the wind direction to the observation point.

This work is devoted to modeling the behavior and interaction of the waves on the surface of the water to the bottom's structure. The proposed mathematical model based on the two-dimensional system of nonlinear differential equations of gas hydrodynamics. These numerical results agree with the experimental observations.
