Structural-parametric approach to the analysis of long genetic nucleotide sequences based on geometric interpretation of molecular numerical characteristics and reveals the relationship of DNA and RNA and other fractal geometric mosaics, discovers the hidden order of visual patterns in the orthogonal Cartesian coordinate system.

Analysis of genetic mosaics possible to establish the identification fractal interpretation of genomes of different species of organisms and viruses. It has been found that the diagonal elements of genetic mosaics of several different species of organisms have mutual mirror symmetry. Mosaic, which displays information about the internal structure of the molecule based on sequence types of hydrogen bonds between pairs of nucleotides have a fractal character.

The proposed approach to the analysis and modeling of the genetic nucleotide sequences can help to advance in the understanding of the defense mechanisms of the immune system in recognizing nucleotide composition of foreign genetic elements. Further studies may be developed on the basis of our genome browser, hosted at http://pentagramon.com with analysis options of displaying the fragments of polynucleotides to the discrete structure-parameteric space of the molecule.
