The homogeneous theory of the high intensive bounded beams propagation in viscoelastic medium with strongly compressible pores is developed. The self-consistent equation with effective sound speed which generalizes wave equation and takes into account the response field of pores is obtained. The evolution self-consistent equation with integro-derivative term is derived in low-frequency approximation for describing the bounded acoustic beam propagation in medium with inhomogeneous distribution of pores. The method allowing to analytically describe the field of intense acoustic beams near the sound channel axis and correctly calculate acoustic field in focal areas is suggested. It is shown that the special spatial distribution of pores in medium can form good conditions for waveguide propagation of high intensity acoustic beam.
