Using bioinformatics, it was shown that (1) the substantial exceeding of safety thresholds in the outer ecology has led to cellular shifts and qualitatively new phenomena of disenergosis cited below resulting in an endoecological disaster and that (2) the health of people has energetic-anabolic roots and (due to disenergosis) declines now in an “acute manner”. A simple model of disenergosis based on available models for the global energy-anabolism cycle using Selkov’s principles of the futile cycle and “metabolic see-saw” can explain the new endoecological shifts but only our new model of disenergosis which accounts for the new concepts of the remote slow stages of stress provides a most exhaustive explanation. This latter model is built on the basis of the slow trigger depot-model we proposed earlier. The major conclusion from the analysis of this model is that the cellular homeostasis is slow in essence, as distinct from the old concepts of its high-speed nature, and can be described by a multiwinding cycle. The “lag” phase at the end of this cycle enabled us to describe interesting experimental data of rehabilitation medicine on training and controlled self-recovery of the cell. It was shown that the grave endoecological deviations in the cell that are peculiar to our time can hardly be cupped off by novel methods of therapeutics without using the principle of involving slow energeticrecovery mechanisms. This principle made it possible to apply our results in the analysis of the wide spectrum of major new approaches to future therapeutics, to find weak points and to determine the principles for their removal.
