There are a lot of models describing blood coagulation. Some of them show behavior that depends essentially on initial conditions. Some results of computer modeling for the model with thrombin activity switching are represented in this article. For the model’s set of equations conjugated system has been constructed. Achieved results can be used in the estimation of stability of direct task solutions under initial condition disturbed.
