According to which, the development of the social attitudes in societies can be submitted by a vector, which direction determines dynamics of development of those or other areas of Public Knowledge. This vector characterizes qualitative transition of a society from one basis - level of socially necessary knowledge, to another. The theory can represent practical interest at drawing up of the educational programs. |
