The different models in the education on every hierarchy level are considered in this article. The attention is paid on the fact that a methodological basis for such models is synergetics. It is shown, that a basic property of all intellectual systems is a memory. Signifies, as a parameter of the order about a system of low hierarchy level (didactic level) its memory should appear. In mathematician such systems are described by special class of differential equations with lagging argument. Due to presence of specific properties of the similar equations, they appear extremely attractive and promising with modeling of complicated processes of self-organizing.
