This article deals with theory and practice of application of synergetic approach in school education. Some peculiarities of forming educational environment and improving the man-agement of educational process are shown. Modern information and communication technol-ogies are important means to improve quality of education by broadening ways to deliver to knowledge, building up special conditions for self-education and self-actualization for all participants of education process, initiating changes in organizational structures, body and methods of education according to synergetic ideas
