(accepted) The purpose of the given work was the estimation of structure of suicide emotional frustration (by the example of Republic Karelia), in their interrelation with social and economic and cli-matic factors to develop algorithms of diagnostics and prevention this negative phenomenon. Materials of research were the clinical data on patients of the Republican psychiatric clinic of Petrozavodsk, made one or more suicide attempts within last 5-th years.
