Conference publicationsOn the current problems of economic development, inequality and its impact on our livesМосква, Центральный экономико-математический институт РАН, varshav@cemi.rssi.ru The paper considers issues related to the deepening problems of socio-economic, scientific and technological development of Russia as a result of the crisis caused by the coronavirus epidemic, including problems related to national security. The necessity of improving the economic policy and the credit and financial system is shown. Special attention is paid to the problems of significant deindustrialization, as well as problems related to digitalization. Microeconomic issues are considered, first of all, the problems of excessive income inequality and spatial inequality, the resources that can be obtained as a result of income redistribution are estimated, and the negative impact of income inequality on the musical art is shown as an example. The necessity of improving the management as well as prevention of the inadmissibility of problematic (questionnable) innovations, including ones in the fields of education, science and health, as well as the need to develop an indicative planning system is shown. |
