Conference publicationsOn the practical effectiveness of employment and income policies in the pandemic – 2020Москва, Центральный экономико-математический институт РАН, tarasovan2008@yandex.ru, via_51@mail.ru The paper continues series of papers, where authors analyze the dynamics of the social policy parameters in the Russian Federation. Particular attention, as in the previous transition and crisis periods, is paid to the problems of employment, namely, the phenomenon of forced employment of employees and entrepreneurs, specific to Russia (and encouraged by the authorities). Marked by us in 1993 and especially aggravated during the pandemic, this phenomenon prevented mass unemployment (at the micro- and meso-level of the economy), which was unacceptable for Russia, and also protected its geopolitical interests at the meso-level (in crisis monotowns and settlements). At the same time, we consider income problems, aggravated in 2020, including the extremely important question of government financial assistance during the pandemic. |
