It is shown that the structural complexity of the regional economy has an impact on GRP. Estimates of the elasticity of GRP according to the integral index of structural complexity are obtained. The integral index of the structural complexity of regional economies makes it possible to comprehensively assess the economic potential of territories, identify the most promising industries, and identify areas of diversification that contribute to strengthening the economic security of regions under sanctions pressure. This creates the basis for the formation of sound spatial development strategies aimed at increasing the economic complexity and sustainability of regional economies. |
