The developed system measurement for the base of scientific knowledge makes it possible: to respond to the growing complexity of knowledge, to assess the orientation of knowledge to strategic breakthrough technologies and the development of network mechanisms for knowledge generating, to assess the provision of the economy development with scientific knowledge, and to respond to fundamental changes in evolution. It was used to assess the scientific knowledge base of Russia in the field of nanotechnology. |
