The scientific modern world is experiencing a complex of changes, including the processes of globalization and de-globalization and the related restructuring movements, including in such areas as the linguistic component of scientific communication. The majority of Russian scientists in order to overcome the estrangement in its field, are forced to publish in English, in foreign journals under these conditions. In its turn, this leads to a fall in the level of national scientific periodicals, exacerbates the peripheral position of national science. This trend is especially negative in social and humanities science, where the problem itself depends on the semantic content of terms, which largely depends on the language where the term first appeared. In the case of social sciences and humanities, it may turn out that logics itself of the research will require the introduction of a new term. In what language will this term be formulated? If an author defines this term with a word that is not from the language of scientific world, there will be a great risk that this term will not be understood or even ignored.

Modern Russia has its own scientific system, but nowadays it is in a semi-peripheral position in the scientific world. At the same time, we remember how, in the 1960s, scientists from different countries came to Moscow to listen to Landau’s lectures in Russian. Therefore, country needs to make a real scientific breakthrough to preserve the Russian language as a carrier of scientific communication. It is possible that such a breakthrough will happen with a great scientific contribution in the field of humanities. It is useful to remember how, after the launch of space satellites and the first flight into space, the world space science was enriched with Russian vocabulary.
