The concept of modelling [1] based on the principle of Evolutionary Computations is considered. Its applications and perspectives are considered also. Evolutionary Computations constitute the set of optimization methods which are efficient when optimization problem’s cost function is multimodal, not smooth but has no infinite breaks. Evolutionary Computations are based on genetic algorithms [2].

Evolutionary Modelling is perspective approach to investigating systems with parameters when the links between parameters and outputs are complex. In this case, Evolutionary Modelling is applied as to solve parametrical optimization problems as to investigate systems using various evolutions of their states.

The paper contains the survey of modern approaches in the area of Evolutionary Computations applied to parametrical optimization problems, including group – theoretic approaches [3].

Information technology of Evolutionary Modelling, its dataware, software and computational problems of realizing genetic algorithms are considered.

This technology is realized in the evolutionary modeling system on Java platform [3]. The technology allows implementing existing models of systems as external data sources. Some results of solving parametrical optimization problems using evolutionary modeling system are presented.
