The enterprise goodwill features and its estimate

The management of the enterprise goodwill is important at the present stage of market relations. Various goodwill components are reviewed. The goodwill part in an enterprise financial and economic activity is determined. The techniques of the enterprise goodwill estimate are analyzed. The report shows the limited application of the present techniques.
