To a question about existence of periodic solutions of nonlinear systems of the differential equations

For nonlinear system of the differential equations of as ż = Az + φ (t) + f (t, z, λ) theorems about necessary and sufficient existence conditions nonzero ω - the periodic decision are formulated and proved. At the proof of theorems the method of a motionless point is used.
