Problems of the development innovacional thinkings beside schoolboy and teachers

The requirements are considered to the personal quality of the members of the commands, realizing innovacional projects. Stand out that personal quality and abilities, which reasonable reveal and develop in secondary school. The main attention is spared development beside schoolboy innovacional thinkings. Since this can do only specially prepared to teachers, that same problem is put and to him. They are discussed corresponding to methods and examples.
