Analysis of the requirements of the FGOS S(P)OO on the formation of ideas about the modern scientific picture of the world on the lessons of the subject area of "Natural science"

Now there is the widespread introduction of the federal state educational standards of secondary (complete) general education. The standard presents a set of requirements for the results of development, structure and terms of implementation of the basic educational program. By 2020 all educational institutions are required to initiate the data requirements of FGOS S(P)OO.

Among the requirements to graduate are important requirements for substantive results by subject area. The main result of the development of the subject area "Science" should become a full picture of the world. Each academic discipline in the area is riddled with ideas of community of the world, processes and phenomena of inanimate and animate nature, the unity of the methods of cognition.

Forming a coherent picture of the world of natural science is not possible without considering the current level of the natural sciences. Modern computer technology, medical devices, biotechnology is used everywhere and are the necessary attributes of human life. Without ownership of new knowledge in the natural sciences person is difficult to exist in the modern world, to understand the authenticity of the information received from the media.

At the moment, unfortunately, the issues related to the current state of the natural sciences, although present in the model program of academic subjects, but in practice are submitted to an independent or additional study. In many textbooks on physics, chemistry, biology, the current state of Sciences discussed briefly. These issues are rarely included in the interim and final assessment of students.

In our opinion it is necessary to pay more attention to modern discoveries, research in the natural sciences and their practical application in the time limit and extracurricular activities: develop elective courses of natural science orientation, prepare projects with students performing at school conferences and thematic excursions.
