Synchronization in system globally connected pacemakers is one of significant tools of self-organizing. The computer complex is developed, allowing to realize the broad audience of various calculations. Calculations can be made in areas of any dimension. The area can be set any way on its contour. The decision of problem Koshi, a regional problem is possible. Results of numerical experiment have allowed to confirm in the evident form substantive provisions about ritmogenez in sinoatrial unit of heart.
