The Moscow City Psychological and Pedagogical University (MCPPU) participates in the Inclusive Education international movement. There are 110 disabled students, including those with speech problems that arose from pregnancy and delivery pathologies (e. g. infantile ce-rebral paralysis) at the Department of Information Technologies of MCPPU. Teaching these students requires use of special methodology in collaboration with speech-training specialists. Pictorial coherent speech development algorithms based on works of L. S. Vygotsky, A. R. Luria, G. Piaget and principles of voluntary and involuntary memorizing yield fast positive results
