Dynamic one-sector model of regional development is considered. The model takes into account competition of engaged in economy for limited resource of workplaces. Model behavior is investigated and numeric estimations of model parameters are obtained. Calculations are based on statistical data for the Ryazan region. Results of the research are used for forecasting revenues of the regional budget.
