(accepted) In this paper we analyze labor market in the Russian Federation between summer’08 and spring’09. By processing official statistics, polls and recruiting agencies statistics we show several negative trends affecting overall performance of state economy. Four of these trends are: very high percent of students, instable social structure, weak perspectives for career growth, abnormal popularity of some professions. World crisis made these trends stronger, so the labor market became weaker. |
